''Life Support'' is the fourth studio album by Australian soft rock band Air Supply, released in 1979. The album contains the original version of the later hit single " Lost in Love", which peaked at number 13 on Australian charts. "Just Another Woman" would also be re-released on the album '' Lost in Love''. The album was reissued on CD in 1996 with a new cover. Air Supply is a soft rock duo formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 1975. It consists of Englishman Graham Russell (vocals, guitar) and Australian Russell Hitchcock (vocals). They had a succession of hits worldwide, including eight top-five hits on the US Billboard Hot 100, " Lost in Love" (1979), "All Out of Love", "Every Woman in the World" (both 1980), "The One That You Love" (number one), " Here I Am" (both 1981), " Sweet Dreams", "Even the Nights Are Better" (both 1982) and "Making Love Out of Nothing at All" (1983). Charles Fisher is an Australian record producer, often referred to as "The Song Doctor." He is widely known as the producer of Savage Garden's eponymous album which yielded 10 ARIAs (including Producer of the Year, Engineer of the Year and a Special Achievement Award for himself) in 1997. ''Love & Other Bruises'' is the third studio album by British-Australian soft rock duo Air Supply. It was their debut album in America and only released internationally. The album compiled re-recorded versions of some of their past singles, such as "What a Life", "Feel the Breeze" and "Empty Pages", from their self-titled debut album, and "Do It Again", "End of the Line" and "That's How the Whole Thing Started" from the album '' The Whole Thing's Started''. "Who Will Love Me Now" and Does It Matter" were new songs written for this specific album. The original version of the song appeared on the ''Life Support'' album in 1979 and was released as a single in Australia, reaching number 13 on the Kent Music Report. The group re-recorded the song for the album of the same name in 1980 and this version was released as a single in the US, reaching number 3 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. The song reportedly took Russell just 15 minutes to write and the single was made in a single afternoon. Kent Music Report
The Kent Music Report was a weekly record chart of Australian music singles and albums which was compiled by music enthusiast David Kent from May 1974 through to January 1999. The chart was re-branded the Australian Music Report (AMR) in July 1987. From June 1988, the Australian Recording Industry Association, which had been using the top 50 portion of the report under licence since mid-1983, chose to produce their own listing as the ARIA Charts. Before the Kent Report, ''Go-Set'' magazine published weekly Top-40 Singles from 1966, and Album charts from 1970 until the magazine's demise in August 1974.
