Louise Elisabeth Pascal-de Graaff ( de Graaff; born 11 October 1946) is a retired Dutch rower. In the coxed four, she won the European title in 1973 and finished fifth at the 1975 World Rowing Championships. Arnhem ( or ; german: Arnheim; South Guelderish: ''Èrnem'') is a city and municipality situated in the eastern part of the Netherlands about 55 km south east of Utrecht. Rowing is the act of propelling a human-powered watercraft using the sweeping motions of oars to displace water and generate reactional propulsion.
