Lidia Kulikovski
Lidia Kulikovski (born March 8, 1951) is a Moldovan librarian and bibliographer. As head of the Hasdeu Municipal Library, she extended the library network opening nine branches in Chișinău focused mainly on Romanian literature. Education Kulikovski was born Nicoreni, Drochia District, Moldovan SSR. She graduated in Philology (librarianship section) at the State University of Moldova in 1973, having Ion Osadcenco and Anatol Ciobanu among her professors. In 2003, she obtained a doctoral degree in Pedagogy, with a dissertation on the "Evolution of library services for disadvantaged people in the context of a society's democratization". Career On graduating, Kulikovski led a subsidiary of the Municipal Library of Chișinău. In 1978–1982, she was the head of the "centralized library system" of Cahul. The Royal Library ( da, Det Kongelige Bibliotek) in Copenhagen is the national library of Denmark and the university library of the University of Copenhagen. It is among the largest libraries in the world and the largest in the Nordic countries. In 2017, it merged with the State and University Library in Aarhus to form a combined national library. The Order of the Republic ( ro, Ordinul Republicii) is Moldova's highest order. It is awarded by the President of Moldova for exceptional merits in all fields which benefit Moldova and humanity as a whole. The order was established in July 1992 and its collar and badge are made from silver. A recipient cannot receive the award twice. The next (lower) award is the Order of Ștefan cel Mare. The Order of Work Glory (also: Order of Work Merit, Romanian: ''Ordinul Gloria Muncii'') is a Moldovan official order conferred for outstanding achievements in an individual's field of work, esteemed public activity during their career, and great contributions to the development of the Moldovan cultural, scientific, socio-economic, sporting and public spheres. The Centre Pompidou (), more fully the Centre national d'art et de culture Georges-Pompidou ( en, National Georges Pompidou Centre of Art and Culture), also known as the Pompidou Centre in English, is a complex building in the Beaubourg area of the 4th arrondissement of Paris, near Les Halles, rue Montorgueil, and the Marais.
