Lidell Townsell
Lidell Townsell is a house-music artist from Chicago, Illinois. He originally released numerous singles on the Trax and D.J. International labels. He released one album, ''Harmony'', on Mercury/PolyGram Records as Lidell Townsell in 1992. Two singles from the album were hits in the US, "Get with U" and "Nu Nu"; the latter featured the duo M.T.F., whose members were singer Martell and emcee Silk E (no relation to Sylk-E. Fyne). Marcus Lambkin (born 1971) better known by the pseudonym Shit Robot is an Irish electronic musician and DJ. Career While working as a DJ in New York in 2000 he befriended James Murphy, later of LCD Soundsystem, and started a DJ partnership with him. Lambkin moved to rural Germany in 2004 and started producing his own music, with a number of releases on DFA Records from 2006. He released his debut album '' From the Cradle to the Rave'' in September 2010 to positive reviews from Entertainment.ie and NME. He grew up listening to blues, jazz, funk, and rock. In the mid 1980s, he was introduced to house music via the radio.
