Liberty is a city in the U.S. state of Texas, within Liberty County. The population was 8,279 at the 2020 census. It serves as the seat of Liberty County. Liberty High School is a public high school serving students grades 9–12 located in the city of Liberty, Liberty County, Texas, United States.
