Liberty Heap
Liberty Nicole Heap (born 16 September 2003) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Lancashire, North West Thunder and Manchester Originals. An all-rounder, she is a right-handed batter and right-arm off break bowler. She previously played for Cumbria and North Representative XI. Early life Heap was born on 16 September 2003 in Burnley, Lancashire. Domestic career Heap made her county debut in 2019, for Cumbria against Lincolnshire, in which she scored 17 runs and took 2/23 from 10 overs. This was the only Championship game she played that season, whilst also appearing in two Twenty20 Cup matches. In 2021, Heap was named as part of the Lancashire contingent of the North Representative XI squad for the Twenty20 Cup, playing four matches, scoring 55 runs and taking 2 wickets. 2019 Women's County Championship
The 2019 Women's County One-Day Championship was the 23rd cricket Women's County Championship season. It ran from late April to the beginning of June and saw 32 county teams and teams representing Scotland, Wales and the Netherlands compete in a series of divisions. Kent Women won the County Championship as winners of the top division with Yorkshire finishing runners-up. This is the record eighth Championship for Kent. 2023 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup
The 2023 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup was the first edition of the ICC Women's Under-19 Cricket World Cup, hosted by South Africa in 2023. The tournament was moved from its original slot at the end of 2021 to January 2023 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sixteen teams competed in the tournament, initially divided into four groups. India, England, Australia and New Zealand progressed to the semi-finals of the competition. In the semi-finals, India beat New Zealand by 8 wickets and England beat Australia by 3 runs. The England women's under-19 cricket team represents England and Wales in international under-19 women's cricket. The team is administrated by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The team played their first official matches at the 2023 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup, the first ever international women's under-19 cricket competition, in which they reached the final, where they lost to India. Western Storm are a women's cricket team representing South West England and Wales, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic cricket. They play their home matches at the County Ground, Taunton, the County Ground, Bristol and Sophia Gardens. They are captained by Sophie Luff and coached by Trevor Griffin.
