Libero Andreotti (18 June 1875 – 4 April 1933) was an Italian artist and educator, known as a sculptor, illustrator, and ceramics artist. He is often referred to as, "one of the foremost artists and sculptors of the early-twentieth century". About He was born on 18 June 1875 in Pescia, Italy. He worked as a blacksmith until the age of 17, when he moved to Lucca and met poet, Giovanni Pascoli and Alfredo Caselli, who introduced him to the arts. By 1899, he moved to Florence in order to start work as an illustrator and painter, he worked in a print shop and studied sculpture with Mario Galli in his studio. Líbero Badaró
Giovanni Battista Líbero Badaró ( 1798 – 21 November 1830) was an Italian-born Brazilian physician, botanist, journalist and politician. Biography Badaró was born in Laigueglia, Liguria. He studied medicine at the University of Torino and at the University of Pavia. In 1826 he migrated to Brazil, coming from Genoa, shortly after Brazil's independence from Portugal, during the reign of emperor Pedro I. He went on to live in the city of São Paulo, where he soon founded a liberal newspaper, ''O Observador Constitutional'' (The Constitutional Observer), in 1829; and taught courses in what was to become the Law School of São Paulo. Badaró had republican tendencies and used the newspaper to strongly criticise the political situation and the perceived authoritarian policies of emperor Pedro I. Libero Grassi
Libero Grassi (; 19 July 1924 – 29 August 1991) was an Italian clothing manufacturer from Palermo, Sicily, who was killed by the Mafia after taking a solitary stand against their extortion demands. The businessman wrote an open letter to the local newspaper informing the extortionists that he was no longer willing to pay '' pizzo'', a Sicilian term for protection money. Other business-owners and shopkeepers in Palermo refused to join his public campaign. Grassi was gunned down in the street near his home eight months after writing the letter. Grassi was born in Catania, was married, and had a son and daughter. Following his death, his family have continued his campaign, lending their support to the Addiopizzo movement that is against ''pizzo''. Libero Liberati
Libero Liberati (20 September 1926 – 5 March 1962) was an Italian motorcycle racer and the 1957 500cc Grand Prix World Champion. Liberati was born in Terni. He became famous in his country, winning the Italian championship in 1948. Two years later Moto Guzzi called him to race in the 500cc World Championship, where he took part in a single race. The same happened the following year with Gilera. Liberati scored his first points in the World Championship in 1953, and his first race victory came in 1956 in the 350cc class. In 1957, Liberati won the 500cc World Championship, scoring a total of four victories. He also won a race in the 350cc class. However, at the end of the season, a dispute with the Gilera factory left him without a ride. Libero De Luca (13 March 1913 – 1998) was a Swiss tenor of Italian descent particularly associated with the French repertory. Life and career De Luca was born in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, and studied voice at the Zurich Conservatory with Alfredo Cairati. After winning a first prize at an international voice competition in Geneva, in 1941, he made his professional debut the following year at the Solothurn Municipal Theatre. After one season at the Bern Municipal Theatre, he joined the Zurich Opera where he was first tenor from 1943 to 1949. During that period, he also appeared regularly to great acclaim at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Royal Opera House in London, at La Monnaie in Brussels, and at the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. Líbero Parri Romero (born 18 January 1982) is a Spanish retired Association football, footballer who played as an Midfielder#Attacking midfielder, attacking midfielder. In a senior career spanning 12 years, he appeared in 212 Segunda División games and scored 34 goals while representing seven clubs, mainly Albacete Balompié, Albacete (four seasons in that tier, five in total).
