Liane Alexandra Curtis (born July 11, 1965) is an American film and television actress and musician, known for her appearances in B movies as '' Critters 2: The Main Course'' and '' Girlfriend from Hell'', as well as smaller roles in films such as ''Sixteen Candles''.''Who's Who in Hollywood'' (revised edition, Curtis is in Vol. 1 of 2), by David Ragan, Facts on File (1992); Early life Liane Alexandra Curtis was born in New York City. ''The Brother from Another Planet'' is a 1984 American science fiction film, written and directed by John Sayles. The low-budget film stars Joe Morton as an extraterrestrial trapped on Earth. "Baby It's You" is a song written by Burt Bacharach (music), Luther Dixon (credited as Barney Williams), and Mack David (lyrics). It was recorded by the Shirelles and the Beatles, and was a hit for both. Roy Benson (January 17, 1914 – December 6, 1977) was a stage magician born in Courbevoie in France. He was an accomplished musician. He is credited for Special Effects, having created the monster for the film ''The Flesh Eaters'' (1964) directed by his first cousin, Jack Curtis. He died of emphysema. Magic career He studied with Nate Leipzig, creating the bell and bowl routine and elaborating the Chinese Sticks routine which is published in "Benson by Starlight". Anna Chandler
Anna Chandler (July 4, 1884 – July 10, 1957) was an American vaudeville actress and mezzo-soprano singer of popular and light classical songs. She was born in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Chandler married Jack Curtis, a booking agent. They had one child, Beatrice Curtis, who became an actress and whose first husband was the vaudevillian actor Harry Fox. Chandler was a headline artist for the Orpheum Circuit. She sang songs in Hebrew and Italian almost exclusively during her career as a headliner on the Orpheum Circuit. On Broadway, Chandler portrayed Mrs. Anastasia Kidd in ''Jumping Jupiter'' (1911) and Bessie Bloom in ''Mendel, Inc.'' (1929). Chandler died at age 73 in El Sereno, California. The Four Fords
The Four Fords were a group of American dancers active in the early 1900s. The group was composed of four siblings, Max, Edwin, Dora and Mabel Ford. The Ford children learned to dance at an early age. Eventually, the children became a vaudeville dance act. They clog danced, tap danced, and soft shoe danced (An Art of Infinite Variety). The Four Fords became popular around 1910. Over the next three years, they toured in England, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Germany. In 1913, the Four Fords broke up.
