Liam Marshall (born 9 May 1996) is an English rugby league footballer who plays as a er for the Wigan Warriors in the Super League. He has spent time on loan from Wigan at the Swinton Lions in the Championship. Background Marshall was born in Lancashire, England. Playing career Swinton Lions Marshall spent the 2016 season on loan at Championship side Swinton Lions. Wakefield Trinity is a professional rugby league club in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, that plays in the Super League. One of the original twenty-two clubs that formed the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895, between 1999 and 2016 the club was known as Wakefield Trinity Wildcats. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. Origin The term first appeared in 1858 in cricket, to describe H. H. Stephenson taking three wickets with three consecutive deliveries.
