Liam Lindsay
Liam James Lindsay (born 12 October 1995) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a centre back for EFL Championship club Preston North End. Lindsay started his career with Partick Thistle breaking into the first team at Firhill after loan spells with Alloa Athletic and Airdrieonians. After a successful 2016–17 season with the Jags which saw him named in the PFA Scotland Team of the Year, Lindsay joined English Championship side Barnsley. The Tykes were relegated from the Championship in 2017–18 but were able to gain an instant return in 2018–19 finishing 2nd in EFL League One. Lindsay joined Stoke City in June 2019 for an initial fee of £2 million. Giffnock
Giffnock (; sco, Giffnock; gd, Giofnag, ) is a town and the administrative centre of East Renfrewshire in the Central Lowlands of Scotland. It lies east of Barrhead, east-southeast of Paisley and northwest of East Kilbride, at the southwest of the Greater Glasgow conurbation. Alan Archibald
Alan Archibald (born 13 December 1977) is a Scottish football coach and former player. Archibald, who played as a defender, has been associated with Partick Thistle for most of his career. Beginning his professional career with the club as a teenager, he went on to make 423 appearances for Thistle in two spells, placing him tenth on the club's all-time list of most appearances. His only other professional club was Dundee United, where he played between 2003 and 2007 before rejoining Thistle. Archibald also played five times for the Scotland national under-21 team. Following his retirement from playing, Archibald became Partick Thistle manager in 2013 and went on to win the Scottish Football League First Division title that year. Dumbarton (; also sco, Dumbairton; ) is a town in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland, on the north bank of the River Clyde where the River Leven flows into the Clyde estuary.
