Liam Brady
William Brady (born 13 February 1956) is an Irish former footballer. He found success both in England with Arsenal, where he won an FA Cup in 1979, and in Italy with Juventus, winning two Serie A titles. Brady was capped 72 times for the Ireland national team. Brady was a talented attacking midfielder renowned for his left foot and elegant technical skills such as his high-quality passing, vision, and close control, which made him an excellent playmaker. Brady went on to manage Celtic and Brighton and Hove Albion, and was the assistant manager of the Republic of Ireland from 2008 to 2010. He also held the post of Head of Youth Development at Arsenal from 1996 to 2013, and has been a frequent television pundit with RTÉ Sport. Frank Brady Jr
Frank Brady (born 1948- died 27 October 2009) was an Irish football player who played as a centre half. He was the brother of Liam Brady. Brady was born in Dublin. After initially playing for Stella Maris , he joined Shamrock Rovers in July 1967 from Home Farm F.C. He made his debut in a friendly against Everton at Dalymount Park on 4 August 1967. He made his competitive debut in Dundalk F.C. on 20 August 1967 in the League of Ireland Shield. The North London derby is the meeting of the association football clubs Arsenal F.C. and Tottenham Hotspur F.C., both of which are based in North London, England. Jeff Blockley
Jeffrey Paul Blockley (born 12 September 1949) is an English former footballer who played as a defender. He made over 300 Football League appearances and was capped by the England national football team. Blockley was born in Leicester but began his career with Coventry City, making his debut for them in the 1968–69 season. A central defender, he played nearly 150 league matches for Coventry and was capped by the England U23 side. In October 1972 he was snapped up by Arsenal for a fee of £200,000, as the intended replacement for former captain Frank McLintock. He made his debut for Arsenal in a 1–0 loss to Sheffield United on 7 October 1972, and four days later made his full England debut, against Yugoslavia, which finished 1-1. Gaelic football ( ga, Peil Ghaelach; short name '), commonly known as simply Gaelic, GAA or Football is an Irish team sport. It is played between two teams of 15 players on a rectangular grass pitch. The objective of the sport is to score by kicking or punching the ball into the other team's goals (3 points) or between two upright posts above the goals and over a crossbar above the ground (1 point). Players advance the football up the field with a combination of carrying, bouncing, kicking, hand-passing, and soloing (dropping the ball and then toe-kicking the ball upward into the hands). Patrick Brady (11 March 1936 – 24 August 2020) was an Irish professional footballer who played with Millwall, QPR and Gravesend & Northfleet. Playing career Brady was signed by Millwall in 1959 from Home Farm. His brother Ray had joined Millwall in 1957. Brady moved with his brother Ray to QPR in 1963.
