Lia Andrea Aquino Ramos-Moss is a Filipino model, beauty pageant titleholder, and entrepreneur. She represented the Philippines in the Miss Universe 2006 pageant held in Los Angeles, California. Binibining Pilipinas 2006 was the 43rd edition of Binibining Pilipinas. It took place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on March 4, 2006. At the end of the night, Gionna Cabrera crowned Lia Andrea Ramos as Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2006, Carlene Aguilar crowned Anna Maris Igpit as Binibining Pilipinas-World 2006 and Precious Lara Quigaman crowned Denille Lou Valmonte as Binibining Pilipinas International 2006. Miss Universe 2006 was the 55th Miss Universe pageant, held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, United States on July 23, 2006. At the end of the event, Natalie Glebova of Canada crowned Zuleyka Rivera of Puerto Rico as Miss Universe 2006. It is Puerto Rico's fifth victory in the pageant's history.
