Li Qian (politician)
Li Qian (; born March 1960) is a former Chinese politician who spent his whole career in north China's Hebei province. He entered the workforce in March 1976, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in May 1983. As of August 2019 he was under investigation by the top anti-graft body, the Chinese Communist Party Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission. Previously he served as vice-governor of Hebei. Biography Li was born in Jinzhou, Hebei, in March 1960. In March 1976, he was a sent-down youth in the village of Wanzhuang. In December 1978 he worked in Hebei Military District. He served in various posts in Shenze County before serving as its Deputy Communist Party Secretary in November 1988. From March 1989 he worked in CPC Shijiazhuang Prefectural Committee. Li Qian, (; born March 6, 1984) is a Chinese actress and has participated in famous series such as The Country's Granary 《天下粮仓》, Treasure Raiders '02 《萧十一郎》, Happy Princess 《无忧公主》, Twin of Brothers 《大唐双龙传》, Sword of Outlaw 《长剑相思》, and Vagabond Vigilante 《游剑江湖》. Li Qian (born 30 July 1986 in Baoding) is a Chinese-Polish female table tennis player, who currently lives in Tarnobrzeg and represents the team of Siarka Tarnobrzeg. Li Qian (; born 6 June 1990) is a Chinese boxer. She won the bronze medal in the women's middleweight class at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and a silver medal in the same event at the delayed 2020 Summer Olympics. Career Li was born in Henan. Liqian
Liqian () was a county established during the Western Han dynasty and located in the south of modern Yongchang County, Jinchang, in Gansu province of Northwest China. The Western Han inhabitants of the county had migrated to the area from western regions. The county was renamed Liqian () during the Northern Wei dynasty and disestablished during the Sui dynasty, becoming part of Fanhe County.
