Li Jinzhe
Li Jinzhe (simplified Chinese: 李金哲; born 1 September 1989) is a Chinese track and field athlete who specialises in the long jump. His personal best is 8.47 metres, set in 2014. This gives him the Chinese record long jump. He was the 2009 Asian Champion in the event and represented China at the 2009 World Championships in Athletics. He became regional champion for a second time at the 2012 Asian Indoor Athletics Championships and made his Olympic debut at the 2012 Summer Olympics later that year. Career Born in Beijing, Li began competing in 2007 and was runner-up behind Su Xiongfeng at that year's Chinese City Games – the country's foremost junior competition. He gained his first international medal (a bronze) at the 2008 Asian Junior Athletics Championships. Long Jump
The long jump is a track and field event in which athletes combine speed, strength and agility in an attempt to leap as far as possible from a takeoff point. Along with the triple jump, the two events that measure jumping for distance as a group are referred to as the "horizontal jumps". Sparkassen Cup (athletics)
The Sparkassen Cup is an annual indoor track and field competition which takes place in February in Stuttgart, Germany. The meeting was first held at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle in 1987 and is currently an IAAF Indoor Permit Meeting. At each meeting, the two male and female athletes deemed to have given the best performance each receive the ''Sparkassen Cup'' – a metal figurine of a man or a woman respectively. BW-Bank Meeting
Indoor Meeting Karlsruhe, formerly known as BW-Bank Meeting, is an annual indoor track and field competition which takes place in January or February in Karlsruhe, Germany. The meeting was first held at the Europahalle in 1985 and is currently a World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold-level event, the highest level of one-day indoor meeting in the World Athletics calendar. The athletics meeting is known for having strong fields in the short sprint events. The 2016 edition was part of the inaugural IAAF World Indoor Tour. Salim Sdiri (born 26 October 1978) is a French long jumper of Tunisian descent. His personal best is 8.42 metres, achieved in June 2009 at Pierre-Bénite, which is the current French national record. He is also the French national record holder for indoor long jump with an 8.27 m jump in 2006. 2008 Asian Junior Athletics Championships
The 2008 Asian Junior Athletics Championships was the 13th edition of the international athletics competition for Asian under-20 athletes, organised by the Asian Athletics Association. It took place from 12 to 15 July at the Madya Stadium in Jakarta. Chinese City Games
The China National Youth Games ( is a quadrennial multi-sport event for Chinese athletes under the age of twenty-one. It was first held in 1988 as the China City Games. The competition switched to be held the year before the Summer Olympics in the second edition in 1991. It has been held every four years since then and was given its current name from 2015 onwards, matching the nomenclature for the newly launched Youth Olympic Games.
