Drue Leyton
Drue Leyton (born Dorothy Elizabeth Blackman; 12 June 1903 – 8 February 1997) was an American actress and member of the French Resistance. She also was billed as Freya Leigh. Early years Leyton was born in California (or Somers, Wisconsin) but lived with her family in Mexico, where her father was a mining engineer. She was educated at the Bennett School for Girls in Millbrook, New York; a school in Lausanne, Switzerland; and at the Sorbonne. Acting She became an actress after a failed marriage and acted in ''Green Grow the Lilacs'' on Broadway and several Charlie Chan films. Her Broadway credits also included ''Red Harvest'' (1937), ''A Hero Is Born'' (1937), and ''We Are No Longer Children'' (1932), for which she was billed as Freya Leigh. Elliott Leyton
Elliott Leyton (August 21, 1939 – February 14, 2022) was a Canadian social-anthropologist, educator and author who, according to the CTV television news network, was amongst the most widely consulted experts on serial homicide worldwide. Biography Leyton was born in Leader, Saskatchewan, on August 21, 1939. He earned B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of British Columbia then went on to obtain his Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Toronto in 1972. During his ensuing career, he dedicated himself to the analysis and research of social ills such as juvenile delinquency and the psychology behind perpetrators of serial killings. Leyton's achieved level of expertise has led to his giving lectures at the College of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Ottawa. He was also a consultant on serial murder investigations for the RCMP, the FBI and Scotland Yard as well as for television shows and movies. George Leyton (born Henry George Hackett, 28 April 1864 – 5 June 1948) was a British singer, songwriter, and actor. Biography He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, to English parents, and returned with them to London, where he was baptised in 1866. He first appeared on stage at the Princess's Theatre in 1889, in the play ''True Heart'', and the following year began appearing in venues such as the Royal Music Hall and the Oxford Music Hall. John Leyton
John Dudley Leyton (born 17 February 1936) is an English actor and singer. As a singer he is best known for his hit song "Johnny Remember Me" (written by Geoff Goddard and produced by Joe Meek), which reached number one in the UK Singles Chart in August 1961 despite being banned by the BBC for its death references. His follow-up single, "Wild Wind", reached number two in the charts. Alongside singing, Leyton's acting career saw him appearing in television and films throughout the 1960s. His films included '' The Great Escape'', ''Guns at Batasi'', ''Von Ryan's Express'' and ''Krakatoa, East of Java''. Richard Andrés Leyton Abrigo (born January 25, 1987) is a Chilean footballer, who plays goalkeeper for Deportes Copiapó.
