Moustafa Amar ( ar, مصطفى قمر; born 22 September 1966) is an Egyptian musician and actor. Career Amar's first song was "Wala Yabou Khad Gameel", released on a collective album. In 1990, he released his first solo album, Wassaf. In 1992–1993, he released a second album, Layaleki, which sold well. He has collaborated with actress Nilly ("Papa Noel"), and in 1993 he released his 3rd album skeet el 3ash2een. In 1994, album Eftekerny. In 1995, album Leman Yahomho El Samr (Salimonee). Arabic Pop
Arabic pop music or Arab pop music is a subgenre of pop music and Arabic music. Arabic pop is mainly produced and originated in Cairo, Egypt; as Egyptian music genre is by far the most widespread within the region. Also Beirut, Lebanon, and Gulf states come as secondary centers. It is an outgrowth of the Arabic film industry (mainly Egyptian movies), also predominantly located in Cairo. Since 2000, various locations in the Gulf countries have been producing Khaleeji pop music. The primary style is a genre that synthetically combines pop melodies with elements of different Arabic regional styles, called ''ughniyah'' ( ar, أغنية) or in English "song". It uses a wide variety of instruments, including electric guitars or electronic keyboards, as well as traditional Middle Eastern instruments like the oud, darbukka or qanun and many more. Rotana Music Group ( ar, تسجيلات روتانا, Tasjīlāt Rūtānā) is the Arab world's largest record label. It is owned by the Rotana Group, established by the Nagro Brothers, Mohammed, Khalid, Waleed, Ahmed and Nezar Nagro later sold to the Saudi prince Al Waleed bin Talal, who sometimes personally signs artists to the label. Rotana Records is part of a media empire that includes a film production company, a magazine of the same name, a record label, and seven music channels. More than 100 artists are signed to Rotana.
