Leslie Township is a civil township of Ingham County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,389 at the 2010 census. The township completely surrounds the city of Leslie, but the two are administered autonomously. Leslie Speaker
The Leslie speaker is a combined amplifier and loudspeaker that projects the signal from an electric or electronic instrument and modifies the sound by rotating a baffle chamber ("drum") in front of the loudspeakers. A similar effect is provided by a rotating system of horns in front of the treble driver. It is most commonly associated with the Hammond organ, though it was later used for the electric guitar and other instruments. A typical Leslie speaker contains an amplifier, a treble horn and a bass speaker—though specific components depend upon the model. Leslie (Scottish Gaelic: Fiodh Chill) is a large village and parish on the northern tip of the River Leven Valley, to the west of Glenrothes in Fife. According to the population estimates (2006), the village has a population of 3,092. The village was granted burgh of barony status by James II in 1458 for George Leslie who became the first Earl of Rothes. Leslie is a town in Gert Sibande District Municipality in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. It is part of Leandra, Mpumalanga, Leandra. Leslie Dam
Leslie Dam is a dam in the locality of the same name Leslie Dam, Southern Downs Region, Queensland, Australia. It is from Warwick town centre. Freshwater fishing and water sports facilities are available. The dam was named after Patrick Leslie (1815–1881), an early settler in the region and the first person to buy land in Warwick. SunWater is undertaking a dam spillway capacity upgrade program to ensure a consistently high level of safety for the dams under their control, including the Leslie. The spillway will be upgraded in the longer term. History The dam was extended in 1986, increasing capacity by 100%. Leslie Township is a township in Todd County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 690 at the 2000 census. Leslie Township was organized in 1876, and named for John B.
