Les Yeux Plus Gros Que Le Monde
''Les yeux plus gros que le monde'' (literally The Eyes Greater than the World) is a 2014 album by the French-Guinean artist Black M. It was released on 31 March 2014 containing 19 tracks almost all of which appeared on SNEP based on downloads. The album sold 400,000 copies and was certified 3× platinum. Owing to the great success of the album, the album was rereleased as a Deluxe Edition on 17 November 2014 with an additional CD of 8 tracks. To differentiate, the re-edition was titled ''Le Monde plus gros que mes yeux'' (meaning the World Greater than my Eyes). In 2015, Black M released a live concert titled ''Les yeux plus gros que l'Olympia'' as an album registration and as DVD in which he interpreted almost all the tracks from ''Les yeux plus gros que le monde'' and follow-up ''Le monde plus gros que mes yeux'' with main invitees the Shin Sekaï, Sexion d'Assaut and with collaborations with Doomams, Abou de Being, Dry and Dr Berize. Black M
Alpha Diallo (born 27 December 1984), better known by his stage name Black M (originally Black Mesrimes), is a French rapper, singer, songwriter and member of the Sexion d'Assaut group. In 2014, he released his first solo album, entitled ''Les yeux plus gros que le monde'', which shortly after was certified diamond. It was due to this album that Black M was launched into the French scene. Early life Alpha Diallo's parents are of Guinean origin, precisely from the Donghol-Sigon region in Fouta Djalon. "Désolé" (English: "Sorry") is a single from Sexion d'Assaut which appeared in the album ''L'École des points vitaux'' released on 12 April 2010. In the music video "Plus qu'un son", we learn that the single has sold more than 200,000 copies. The song reached number one on the SNEP and became a top-ten hit in France and then the song stayed number one for seven weeks from 2 May to 13 June. Désolé is a gold single. Background and writing Gims, as usual, had several melodies on his cell phone. Among other things, he had that of Désolé. He played it for the composer of the group Wisla, then played it on the piano. He keeps the instrumental, telling himself that he would put it on a mixtape and add shots to it from behind. The Shin Sekaï is a French singing / rapping fusion duo made up of Dadju (vocals) and Abou Tall (rap).
