Leila Effat Farzad ( fa, لیلا عفت فرزاد; born 1983) is an English actress. She plays Naomi Jones in the Sky Atlantic series ''I Hate Suzie'', which earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the 2021 BAFTA awards. Early life and education Farzad was born in London to Iranian parents. She was inspired to pursue acting by National Theatre productions her aunt took her to see, however, her parents requested she get a degree from Oxbridge first. She reluctantly studied Modern Languages at Worcester College, Oxford, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian Literature. The 2021 British Academy Television Awards were held on 6 June 2021, to recognise the excellence in British television of 2020. Globe Theatre
The Globe Theatre was a theatre in London associated with William Shakespeare. It was built in 1599 by Shakespeare's playing company, the Lord Chamberlain's Men, on land owned by Thomas Brend and inherited by his son, Nicholas Brend, and grandson, Sir Matthew Brend, and was destroyed by fire on 29 June 1613. The Bridge Theatre is a commercial theatre near Tower Bridge in London that opened in October 2017. It was developed by Nick Starr and Nicholas Hytner as the home of the London Theatre Company, which they founded following their tenancy as executive director and artistic director, respectively, at the National Theatre. Theatre503, formerly the Latchmere Theatre, is a theatre located at 503 Battersea Park Road in Battersea in the London Borough of Wandsworth, above the Latchmere pub. The venue is known for promoting the work of new writers.
