Leif Östling
Leif Albert Östling (born 25 September 1945) is a Sweden, Swedish chief executive officer and former head of the Scania AB truck company, owned by the German Volkswagen Group. In spring 2016, he was appointed Chairman of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, a post he left in advance in November 2017. Östling has become known as a controversial political entrepreneur debater who makes bold statements. Over the years, he has separated politically from the time of youth when he belonged to the Swedish Social Democratic Youth League, SSU. Education and working life Östling was born in Luleå. Luleå ( , , locally ; smj, Luleju; fi, Luulaja) is a city on the coast of northern Sweden, and the capital of Norrbotten County, the northernmost county in Sweden. There is a strong scientific consensus that the Earth is warming and that this warming is mainly caused by human activities. Taxation in Sweden on salaries for an employee involves contributing to three different levels of government: the municipality, the county council, and the central government. Social security contributions are paid to finance the social security system. The program is produced by and aired on SVT and has become known for the use of concealed cameras and microphones. In April 2016, after an interview with ''Uppdrag granskning'', the Icelandic prime minister Sigmundur Davíð Gunnlaugsson resigned, after a controversy concerning the Panama Papers.
