Legacy At Millennium Park
The Legacy at Millennium Park is a 72-story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois, United States, located along S. Wabash Avenue, near E. Monroe Street. At 822 feet (251 meters), it is the seventeenth-tallest building in Chicago. The residential tower and mixed-use podium, designed by the architectural firm Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz, contains 360 luxury condominium units and 460 parking spaces. Additionally the building includes of classroom space for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the lower floors, athletic facilities for the University Club, a sky-bridge between the University Club and the building podium, and private amenities for tower residents including an athletics and aquatic center as well as residential lounges located throughout the tower. The building preserves the historic masonry and terracotta facades of the Chicago Landmark Jewelers Row District along Wabash Avenue. Legacy Tower (Purbachal, Dhaka)
The Legacy Tower is an under-construction supertall skyscraper in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The skyscraper is a part of Bangabandhu tri-tower: alongside 71-floors Liberation Tower and 52-floors Language Tower and the centerpiece of US$12 billion central business district development project in Purbachal. The 111-floors tower will rise tall. The construction of the tri-towers officially commenced on 10 September 2020. The design, created by Heerim Architects and Planners of South Korea incorporates many unique structural and aesthetic features such as solar glass and automatic waste-management systems. As a result, a large portion of the towers' energy demand will be met with renewable energy. The structural consultancy of the project is being provided by Archetype Group of France. Miami Worldcenter is a large mixed-use development under construction led by principals Arthur Falcone and Nitin Motwani, spanning several blocks in the Park West neighborhood of Miami, Florida, just north of downtown. It may include over 25 acres of land, with a convention center, hotel space, residential, as well as copious street level retail and large anchor tenant space, such as Macy's and Bloomingdale's. The hotel and convention center are planned to be part of the same 55 storey building. The hotel will be very large with 1,800 rooms over the approximately convention center. One proposed residential building known as the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower may rise to the maximum above sea level permitted in that area.
