Lee Hodson
Lee James Stephen Hodson (born 2 October 1991) is a professional footballer who plays for Partick Thistle on loan from Kilmarnock. Hodson is a defender, and plays primarily as a right-back, but has had spells at left back and as a wingback during his career. He made his first team debut for Watford in May 2009 against Derby County, before playing in the majority of Watford's games in the 2009–10 season, during which he earned a three-year professional contract. Hodson was born in England and was eligible to play for Northern Ireland through his grandmother. He has represented the latter country at youth, under-19 and under-21 levels, and in November 2010 was called up to the senior Northern Ireland team for the first time. In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring. The Wales national under-21 football team, also known as the Wales U21s, is the national under-21 football team of Wales and is controlled by the Football Association of Wales. The team competes in the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship, held every two years. Nathan Daniel Modest (born 29 September 1991) is an English footballer, currently playing for Sheffield F.C.. Modest made his Championship debut at the age of 17 when he played in the Football League for Sheffield Wednesday where he made 4 appearances between 2008 and 2011 before later playing for Darlington, Sheffield, Worksop Town and Rainworth Miners Welfare. Adam Matthews
Adam James Matthews (born 13 January 1992) is a Welsh footballer who plays as a right back for Omonia and for the Wales national team. Matthews has also played for Cardiff City, Celtic, Sunderland and Charlton Athletic, having had loan spells with Bristol City. Lloyd Colin Doyley (born 1 December 1982) is a former professional footballer who played as a defender. He is assistant manager at Boreham Wood, arriving in June 2021. Doyley came through the Watford Academy and went on to make 443 first-team appearances in 14 years with the club. Adrian Joseph Mariappa (born 3 October 1986) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for club Salford City. Born in England, he represents the Jamaica national team. He progressed through Watford's youth academy, and started playing for the first team in the 2005–06 season. Jay Michael DeMerit (born December 4, 1979) is an American retired soccer player who played as a center back. He played college soccer for the UIC Flames and was in the Chicago Fire Premier development squad, but after not being drafted for Major League Soccer, he moved to look for a club in England. He played for non-league sides Southall and Northwood before signing for Watford of the Championship in 2004.
