''Leave the Light On'' is an album by Beth Hart. Several versions of this album exist, ranging from the very original release in New Zealand in the spring of 2003 (on Warner Music NZ), the standard international version released worldwide later in the fall of 2003 (on Koch Records), then several specialized reissues in various European markets over the following few years. The German release (on Universal Music GmbH) contains entirely new recordings of three previously released songs, as well as three newer songs that would later be re-recorded for her next studio album '' 37 Days''. Beth Hart
Beth Hart (born January 24, 1972) is an American musician from Los Angeles, California. She rose to fame with the release of her 1999 single " LA Song (Out of This Town)" from her second album ''Screamin' for My Supper''. The single was a number one hit in New Zealand, as well as reaching the top 5 of the US Adult Contemporary and Top 10 on the ''Billboard'' Adult Top 40 charts. Hart has had several well received collaborations with guitarist Joe Bonamassa, beginning in 2011 with '' Don't Explain'', followed with the Grammy-nominated ''Seesaw'' (2013) and '' Live in Amsterdam'' (2014), the latter of which topped the Billboard Blues Album Chart, a chart that she has topped six times. Danny Saber (born 1966) is a musician in Los Angeles. He is an audio engineer, record producer, and remixer as well. He is a former member of Black Grape and Agent Provocateur. Gregory Brian Leisz ( ; born September 18, 1949) is an American musician. He is a songwriter, recording artist, and producer. He plays guitar, dobro, mandolin, lap steel and pedal steel guitar. Biography Leisz grew up in the garage band culture of mid-1960s Southern California. He spent time at the Ashgrove, the Troubador, and clubs on the Sunset Strip . He began playing guitar and soon added dobro and lap steel. He was inspired to pick up the pedal steel after hearing Sneaky Pete Kleinow and Buddy Emmons.
