Leader (2010 Film)
''Leader'' is a 2010 Indian Telugu-language political drama film written and directed by Sekhar Kammula, and produced by AVM Productions. It stars debutant Rana Daggubati alongside Richa Gangopadhyay, Priya Anand, Suhasini Maniratnam, Suman, Subbaraju, Tanikella Bharani and Harsha Vardhan. The plot follows Arjun Prasad (Daggubati) who becomes the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh succeeding his deceased father and his struggle to fight the corruption plaguing the political system. The film features music by Mickey J. Meyer with cinematography by Vijay C. Kumar and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. It was released on 19 February 2010. Sekhar Kammula
Sekhar Kammula (born 4 February 1972) is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer who works in Telugu cinema. He has garnered two Filmfare Awards South, and six state Nandi Awards for his directional works. Sekhar Kammula was among the director's delegation to represent South Indian Cinema at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. A Master of Science and Master of Fine Arts holder from Rutgers University and Howard University respectively, Sekhar Kammula made his directorial debut with the independent film ''Dollar Dreams'' (2000), which won him the National Film Award for Best First film of a director. Udaya Bhanu (actress)
Udaya Bhanu is an Indian presenter and film actress best known for her works in Telugu television shows. Early life Udaya Bhanu was born in Sultanabad, Karimnagar, Telangana, India. Her father S. K. Patel was a doctor and her mother Aruna is an Ayurvedic doctor. She has one brother. Her father also worked as a poet. Udaya Bhanu was named after his pen name. He died when Bhanu was four years old. M. Ramakrishna, known professionally as Shatru, is an Indian actor who appears and works predominantly in Telugu and Tamil films. He is best known for his roles in the films ''Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha'' (2016), ''Rangasthalam'' (2018), ''Kadaikutty Singam'' (2018), and '' Pushpa: The Rise'' (2021). Ahuti Prasad (born Adusumilli Janardhan Vara Prasad; 2 January 1958 – 4 January 2015) was an Indian actor who worked in Telugu film industry.
