Le Mas
Le Mas ( oc, Lo Mas) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of South-eastern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Massois, Massoises'', or ''Massoinques''. Geography Le Mas is located some 45 km north-west of Nice and 32 km east of Castellane in a direct line. Access to the commune is by road D10 which branches from the D5 road on the western border of the commune and passes through the length of the commune through the village before continuing to Aiglun in the east. The D110 branches from the D10 in the west of the commune and passes along the river valley to rejoin the D10 east of the village. The commune is alpine in nature with high mountains and alpine valleys throughout. Entraunes
Entraunes (; oc, Entraunas) is a Communes of France, commune in the Alpes-Maritimes Departments of France, department in southeastern France. Location Entraunes lies 110 km northwest of Nice where the Var (river), Var flows into the Mediterranean. It lies in the northwest corner of Alpes-Maritimes next to the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Since 1979, it has been part of the Parc National du Mercantour. Geography The Var has its source in the commune at an elevation of 1790 m at the foot of the Estenc Glacier. Susa Valley
The Susa Valley ( it, Val di Susa; pms, Valsusa; french: Val de Suse; oc, Val d'Ors) is a valley in the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont region of northern Italy, located between the Graian Alps in the north and the Cottian Alps in the south. It is one of the longest valleys of the Italian Alps. It extends over in an east-west direction from the French border to the outskirts of Turin.
