Lazar Shaulov
Lazar Alexandrovich Shaulov ( rus, Лазарь Александрович Шаулов) is a Russian people, Russian businessman, founder and chairman of Unitile Group of Companies until 2014. Biography Shaulov was born on February 18, 1969, in the city of Khasavyurt, Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Dagestan ASSR into a family of teachers. His father Alexander Lazarevich Shaulov (07.06.1935 - 07.12.2002) was a Cand. Sc. History; mother Tamara Ivanovna Shaulova (09.09.1940, nee Khripko) gave art and technical drawing lessons at a local public school. In 1971 the Shaulov family moved to the little town of :ru:Персиановский, Persianovka, Oktyabrsky District, Rostov Oblast, where his father gave history lessons at Don Agricultural College (now - :ru:Донской государственный аграрный университет, Don State Agrarian University). Khasavyurt
Khasavyurt (russian: Хасавю́рт; av, Хасаюрт; ce, Хаси-Эвл, ''Xasi-Evl''; kum, Хасав-ю́рт, ''Xasav-yurt'') is a types of inhabited localities in Russia, city in the Republic of Dagestan, Russia. Population: History It was founded in 1846 and granted town status in 1931. During the Russian Empire, the settlement was the administrative capital of the Khasavyurtovsky Okrug of the Terek Oblast. On August 19, 2012, six police officers were killed and eight people injured at two gun and bomb attacks in the city. The town has thousands of Salafis. In December 2016, the Russian authorities reported the existence of the Khasavyurt Group, allegedly linked to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant – Caucasus Province, Islamic State and a flareup of incidents and skirmishes between the police and local militants in and around the city.
