Lazar Koprivica
Lazar Koprivica (born 8 November 1991) is a Serbian male volleyball player. Having played six seasons for the first team his home club OK Crvena Zvezda Belgrade from 2009 to 2015, winning four championship titles , he continued international career in French Rennes Volley 35 (2015/16), Greek Iraklis Thessaloniki V.C. (2016) and Romanian SCM U Craiova (2017). As a junior, Koprivica played for various selections of the national team, and won bronze medals at both 2010 European Junior Championship and 2011 World Junior Championship, and a silver at the 2013 U-24 championship in Brazil. Odbojkaški klub Crvena zvezda ( en, Volleyball Club Red Star) is a professional volleyball Sports club, club based in Belgrade, Serbia. Its name ''Crvena zvezda'' means Red Star and it is part of the SD Crvena Zvezda sports society. It has a men's and a women's section. Volleyball Players At The 2015 European Games
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. Serbia participated at the 2015 European Games, in Baku, Azerbaijan from 12 to 28 June 2015. The Olympic Committee of Serbia sent a total of 132 athletes to the Games, 79 men and 53 women, to compete in 20 sports. Volleyball, water polo and men's ''3 on 3'' basketball were the only team-based sports in which Serbia had its representation in these European games. 2015 European Games
The 2015 European Games, also known as Baku 2015 or Baku 2015 European Games ( az, Bakı 2015 Avropa Oyunları), were the inaugural edition of the European Games, an international multi-sport event for athletes representing the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of the European Olympic Committees. It took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 12 to 28 June 2015, and featured almost 6,000 athletes from 50 countries competing in 30 sports, including 15 summer Olympic and 2 non-Olympic sports. Host selection Baku was awarded the right to host the first European Games at the 41st EOC General Assembly in Rome, on 8 December 2012. The European Games will take place every four years thereafter, with the next competition held in 2019.
