Lawton High School
Lawton High School (LHS) was the first high school built in Lawton, Oklahoma. Lawton High is located at 601 Northwest Fort Sill Boulevard in Lawton, Oklahoma. The school was originally housed in a building on 800 Southwest 'C' Avenue, which later came to be the Central Junior High building until the junior high was also moved to 1201 Northwest Fort Sill Boulevard. The current Lawton High School was built in 1954. Will Shields
Will Herthie Shields (born September 15, 1971) is an American former professional football player who was an offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL) for 14 seasons. He played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, earning consensus All-American honors and winning the Outland Trophy. Antonio Perkins (born January 9, 1981) is a former American college and professional football player who was a kick returner and cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for two seasons during the early 2000s. Michael Christopher Minter (born January 15, 1974) is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, a position he has held since the 2013 season. Minter played professionally as a safety in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons, from 1997 to 2006, with the Carolina Panthers.
