Lawrence Lozzano
Lawrence Lozzano (born July 25, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is a former U.S. soccer player who earned seven caps with the U.S. national team. Club career Lozzano grew up in Cerritos, California playing for several youth clubs, at least one of which was coached by Luis Balboa, father of Marcelo Balboa. In 1990, Lozzano played with the California Emperors of the American Professional Soccer League (APSL). The Kickers folded at the end of the 1990 season and Lozzano moved to the San Francisco Bay Blackhawks for the 1991 and 1992 season. In 1991, they won the APSL championship and in 1992 went to the semifinals of the CONCACAF Champions Cup The Blackhawks dropped a division at the end of the 1992 season and Lozzano jumped to the expansion Los Angeles Salsa. Maurice Ligeon (born September 2, 1977) is an American former professional soccer player of Surinamese descent, who spent his entire career in Europe and earned one cap with the United States national team. Harutyun Karapetyan (born 7 April 1972) is an Armenian former professional footballer who played as a forward in Major League Soccer (MLS) for the Los Angeles Galaxy, the San Jose Clash, and the Tampa Bay Mutiny. Ascenso MX
Ascenso MX was the second tier of professional football in Mexico of the Mexican football league system. The champion of the competition was promoted to Liga MX (top-flight tier). The bottom team was relegated to Liga Premier (the third tier). It was sponsored by BBVA through its Mexican subsidiary BBVA, and was officially known as Ascenso BBVA MX.
