Lavasier Tuinei
Lavasier T. Tuinei (born September 29, 1990) is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at Oregon. College career Tuinei played college football as a wide receiver at the University of Oregon from 2009 to 2011. During his career he had 108 receptions for 1,212 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was the Offensive Player of the Game in the 2012 Rose Bowl after recording eight receptions for 158 yards and two touchdowns. Tuinei played only 9 games in his first season, adding 24 receptions for 217 yards and no touchdowns. In Lavasiers second season, he played 10 games, finishing the season with 36 receptions for 396 yards and 2 touchdowns. In his final season, Tuinei played all 14 games. He went on to catch 48 passes for 599 yards and 10 touchdowns. Tuinei played a critical role in the Oregon Ducks win over the Wisconsin Badgers in the 2012 Rose Bowl. Arcadia, Indiana
Arcadia is a town in Jackson Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, United States. The population was 1,666 at the 2010 census. History Settlers began to move into the area as early as 1833, when Hencil Bartholomew bought property near present day Arcadia, and other settlers quickly followed. On December 12, 1836, John and Harriet Shaffer bought 160 acres of land adjacent to a plot owned by Daniel and Matilda Waltz, which was later to become the heart of downtown Arcadia. Railroad On January 18, 1846, the Peru and Indianapolis Railroad (P&I) was incorporated to construct and operate a line from Peru, Indiana, to Indianapolis to connect with the Jeffersonville, Madison and Indianapolis Railroad (JMI). 2012 Rose Bowl
The 2012 Rose Bowl, the 98th edition of the annual game, was a college football bowl game played on Monday, January 2, 2012 at the same-named stadium in Pasadena, California. The Oregon Ducks of the Pac-12 Conference beat the Wisconsin Badgers of the Big Ten Conference, 45–38, for their first Rose Bowl win in 95 years. The Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association was the organizer of the game and dedicated the game in honor of all wounded military personnel, who tossed the game coin by their representative Grand Marshal J.R. Martinez. Because of sponsorship by Vizio, the first game in the 2012 edition of the Bowl Championship Series was officially titled the ''Rose Bowl Game presented by VIZIO''.
