Laval Dynamites
Laval Dynamites (french: Dynamites de Laval) were a Canadian soccer team, founded in 1997. The men's team (founded in 2001) was a member of the Canadian Soccer League (current), Canadian Professional Soccer League/Canadian Soccer League, the highest professional soccer league in Canada, and played in the National Division. The team played as the Montreal Dynamites in 2001 and 2002. The team essentially moved to Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Trois-Rivières and became the Trois-Rivières Attak for the 2007 season. The Dynamites played their home games at Centre Sportif Bois-de-Boulogne in the city of Laval, Quebec. The team's colors were red and white. The men's team was a sister organization of the women's Laval Dynamites team, which played in the United Soccer Leagues USL W-League (1995–2015), W-League, the second tier of women’s soccer in the United States and Canada. Nicolas Pinto
Nicolas Pinto is a former Canadian soccer player who had stints in the USL A-League and the Canadian Professional Soccer League. Playing career Pinto began his professional career in 2000, with the Montreal Impact in the USL A-League. He was one of the several new signings conducted by new Montreal head coach Zoran Jankovic. During his tenure with Montreal he mostly served as a backup goalkeeper, and appeared in two matches. On May 16, 2001 he was signed by newly expansion franchise Montreal Dynamites of the Canadian Professional Soccer League. He helped Montreal finish fourth in the overall standings, thus qualifying for the playoffs. In the playoffs the Dynamites faced St. Catharines Wolves, but were defeated by a score of 2-1. Vladimir Edouard
Vladimir Edouard (born 18 June 1978) is a Canadian-born Haitian former footballer who played as a forward. He also played at the international level with the Haiti national team. Playing career Youth career Edouard spent a portion of his youth in Haiti where he played at the youth level. In 1994, he returned to Quebec where he played in the local regional circuit the Ligue de soccer élite du Québec with Outaouais Football Club. After training in Poland with ŁKS Łódź academy he was offered a contract in 1997. He was also offered an athletic scholarship with Mercer University but declined the offer to pursue opportunities in Europe. Roldege Arius (born June 17, 1977) is a Canadian former soccer player who played in the USISL D-3 Pro League, National Professional Soccer League, and the Canadian Professional Soccer League. Chris Stathopoulos (born December 29, 1977) is a Canadian former soccer player who played in the USL A-League, National Professional Soccer League, and the Canadian Professional Soccer League. Playing career Stathopoulos began his professional career with Montreal Impact in the USL A-League in 1997.
