Laurens Jan Anjema
Laurens Jan Anjema (born 1 December 1982 in The Hague) is a former professional squash player from the Netherlands. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 9, after breaking the top 20 in January 2008. Career overview Laurens Jan Anjema won the Bluenose Classic in 2008 in a huge match against Borja Golán in 5 games in the final 8–11, 12–10, 11–5, 4–11, 13–11. In 2011, Anjema reached the final of the US Open and won the Netsuite Open in San Francisco against Omar Mosaad in the final. At the end of the year, he qualified for the 2011 PSA World Series Finals, the top 8 players of the PSA World Series in 2011. In December 2010, Anjema became the first Dutch player to reach the top 10 of the PSA World Rankings. PSA World Rankings
The Official Men's Squash World Ranking is the official world ranking for men's squash. The ranking is to rate the performance level of male professional squash player. It is also a merit-based method used for determining entry and seeding in men's squash tournaments. The rankings are produced monthly. The current world number one is Paul Coll of New Zealand. PSA ranking policy Players competing in PSA tournaments earn ranking points according to how far they get in the draw. The points available depend on the prize money and the draw size. The monthly rankings (issued on the 1st of the month) are used in selecting entries to tournaments and in determining the seeds. The total number of points a player earns in the previous twelve months is divided by the number of tournaments played (a minimum divisor of ten is used) to give a ranking average. Wael Hatem El-Hendy (; born June 25, 1980 in Giza) is a professional squash player who represented Egypt. A Professional Squash Association (PSA) member since 1999, Wael El Hindi has long been regarded as one of Egypt's most talented players – first making his mark in the USA in 1998 when he reached the final of the World Junior Championship as a 5/8 seed. The PSA World Series (formerly known as the PSA Super Series) was a series of men's and women's squash tournaments which were part of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour for the squash season. The tournaments were some of the most prestigious events on the men's tour. The best-performing players in the World Series events qualified for the annual PSA World Series Finals tournament. Each year, several tournaments on the tour were designated World Series events.
