Laurens De Vreese
Laurens De Vreese (born 29 September 1988) is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer who last rode for UCI ProTeam . De Vreese was the 2010 Belgian national champion for the road race for riders under 23 years of age, winning the title in Hooglede. Career Born in Ghent, De Vreese has competed as a professional since the start of the 2011 season, riding as a member of the squad. At the 2012 running of Liège–Bastogne–Liège, De Vreese was one of a number of riders to be disqualified from the event as a result of taking a short-cut. De Vreese left at the end of the 2013 season and joined for the 2014 season. Subsequently in August 2014, announced that De Vreese had signed a one year deal with the squad for 2015. He was named in the startlist for the 2017 Vuelta a España. Four Days Of Dunkirk
The Four Days of Dunkirk (french: Quatre Jours de Dunkerque) is road bicycle race around the Nord-Pas de Calais region of northern France. Despite the name of the race, since the addition of an individual time trial in 1963, the race has been held over a 5 or 6 day period for most of its history. The 2013 Eneco Tour was the ninth running of the Eneco Tour cycling stage race. It started on 12 August in Koksijde and ended on 18 August in Geraardsbergen, Belgium, after seven stages. The 2012 Paris–Tours was the 106th edition of this single day road bicycle racing event. Marco Marcato outsprinted Laurens De Vreese in the final meters to stay out of the grip of the chasing group and peloton. Marcato thereby won the biggest race of his career so far, after finishing second in 2011. The 2012 Eneco Tour was the eighth running of the Eneco Tour cycling stage race. It started on August 6 in Waalwijk in the Netherlands and ended on August 12 in Geraardsbergen, Belgium, after seven stages. It was the 20th race of the 2012 UCI World Tour season. The race was won by rider Lars Boom, who claimed the leader's white jersey on the final day after finishing second to rider Alessandro Ballan on the queen stage, and held enough of an advantage to assume the leader's jersey with his result. The 2010 UCI Road World Championships took place in Geelong and Melbourne, Australia, over 5 days from 29 September to 3 October 2010. It was the 83rd UCI Road World Championships and the first time that Australia had held the event. Coincidentally, the title's defender at the road race was an Australian, Cadel Evans, who has a home in Barwon Heads, only 20 km from Geelong. The time trial and most of the road race elements of the 2010 UCI Road World Championships were staged in Geelong, while the final event, the men's road race, started in Melbourne and went to Geelong, where it finished after 11 laps of the road-race circuit.
