Latrell Scott
Latrell Scott (born July 17, 1975) is an American football coach who is currently the running backs coach at Maryland Terrapins football, Maryland. He was previously the head football coach of Norfolk State University, a position he held from 2015 through 2020 season that was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. Scott served as the head football coach at the University of Richmond in 2010 and at Virginia State University from 2013 to 2014. Scott grew up in the Richmond, Virginia area and attended Mechanicsville High School. Early on, Scott served as the wide receivers coach at several schools, including the University of Virginia, the University of Tennessee, Richmond, Virginia Military Institute (VMI), and Western Carolina University. Maryland Terrapins Football
The Maryland Terrapins football team represents the University of Maryland, College Park in the sport of American football. The Terrapins compete in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) and the Big Ten Conference. The Terrapins joined the Big Ten Conference on July 1, 2014, following 62 years in the Atlantic Coast Conference as a founding member. Mike Locksley is the head coach of the Terrapins. Norfolk State University (NSU) is a public historically black university in Norfolk, Virginia. It is a member of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Virginia High-Tech Partnership. History The institution was founded on September 18, 1935 as the Norfolk Unit of Virginia Union University. Eighty-five students attended the first classes held in 1935. Mickey Matthews
Michael Chester "Mickey" Matthews (born November 8, 1953) is a former American football coach. He served as the head football coach at James Madison University (JMU) from 1999 to 2013, compiling a record of 109–71. Matthews coached the 2004 James Madison Dukes football team to an NCAA Division I-AA Football Championship. Early coaching career Matthews started his coaching career as an assistant coach at Lamar Consolidated High School, in Texas, working with offensive backs. During the 1978 season, he joined Kansas State University, as an assistant coach. Michael Wilson London Sr. (born October 9, 1960) is the current head football coach for the William & Mary Tribe football program at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Mechanicsville High School (formerly Lee-Davis High School) is a public high school located in Mechanicsville, Virginia, United States. It serves students in grades 9 through 12 and is part of Hanover County Public Schools. History Mechanicsville High School opened in 1959 under the name Lee-Davis High School and received students from the consolidation of Battlefield Park and Washington-Henry High Schools.
