Latin American Music Award
The Latin American Music Awards (Latin AMAs) is an annual American music awards show produced by the MRC (company), MRC Live and Alternative. It is the Spanish-language counterpart of the American Music Awards (AMAs). As with AMAs, the Latin AMAs are determined by a poll of the public and music buyers and is produced by SOMOS Productions. The first Latin AMAs debuted on October 8, 2015 on Telemundo and was hosted by Lucero (entertainer), Lucero. The awards were not held in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, they resumed a year later. In 2023, the broadcast will be moved from Telemundo to UniMás. Prince Royce
Geoffrey Royce Rojas (born May 11, 1989), known professionally as Prince Royce, is an American singer. At an early age, Royce took an interest in music, and in his teenage years began experimenting with music and writing poetry. By age nineteen, Royce met Andrés Hidalgo, who became his manager. Hidalgo later introduced Royce to record producer Sergio George, who immediately signed him to his label after hearing three of his demos. In March 2010, Royce released his eponymous debut studio album, which generated two commercially successful singles, " Stand by Me" and "Corazón Sin Cara". La Santa Cecilia is an American band based in Los Angeles, California that plays a blend of cumbia, bossa nova, and boleros, among other styles. Saint Cecilia, La Santa Cecilia is the patron saint of musicians. The band seeks to represent a US bicultural identity, both immersed in modern music but still close to their Latin American influences and Mexican heritage. Baby Rasta & Gringo is a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo formed in 1988 in Las Monjas, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. Originally known as "the Eazy Boyz", they've released five studio albums since 1994 but have had various collaborations prior to 1998. Úrsula Sofía Reyes Piñeyro (born 25 September 1995) is a Mexican singer and songwriter. She rose to fame in 2018 with her song " 1,2,3", which featured Jason Derulo and De La Ghetto.
