Idris Hasan Latif
Air Chief Marshal (India), Air Chief Marshal Idris Hasan Latif, Param Vishist Seva Medal, PVSM (9 June 1923 – 30 April 2018) was a former air officer in the Indian Air Force. He served as the Chief of Air Staff (India), 10th Chief of Air Staff (CAS) of the Indian Air Force (IAF) from 1978 to 1981. After retiring from the air force, he served as List of governors of Maharashtra, 11th Governor of Maharashtra from 1982 to 1985. Rashid Latif
Rashid Latif (born 14 October 1968), is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer who played for the Pakistan national cricket team in Tests and One Day Internationals from 1992 to 2003 as a right-handed wicket-keeper batsman. He also served as the captain of the Pakistan team in 2003, leading the country in 6 Test and 25 one-day matches. Shah Abdul Latif
Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai ( sd, شاھ عبداللطيف ڀٽائي, ur, ; 1689/1690 – 21 December 1752), commonly known by the honorifics ''Lakhino Latif'', ''Latif Ghot'', ''Bhittai'', and ''Bhit Jo Shah'', was a Sindhi Sufi mystic, and poet, widely considered to be the greatest poet of the Sindhi language. Born to a Sayyid family (descendants of the Islamic prophet Muhammad through his daughter Fatima) of Hala Haweli near modern-day Hala, Latif grew up in the nearby town of Kotri Mughal. At the age of around 20, he left home and traveled throughout Sindh and neighboring lands, and met many a mystic and Jogis, whose influence is evident in his poetry. Mojib Latif (born 29 September 1954) is a German meteorologist and oceanographer of Pakistani descent. Latif graduated with a Diplom in meteorology in 1983. He took a position as scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology in 1985. In 1987 he earned a Ph.D. in oceanography from the University of Hamburg. Abdullatif Alhmili, better known as Latif, is a Saudi Arabian electronic sports player. Primarily a ''Guilty Gear'' and ''King of Fighters'' player, Latif competed in the ''Street Fighter IV'' tournament at EVO 2011, coming out of nowhere to claim second place. Khalid Latif ( ur, ; born 4 November 1985) is a Pakistani former cricketer who has been banned for five years, for his involvement in spot-fixing. A right-handed opening batsman, Latif captained Pakistan in the 2004 U-19 Cricket World Cup win and the 2010 Asian Games bronze medal win.
