Lasse Lehtinen
Lasse Lehtinen (born 23 January 1947 in Kotka) is a Finnish politician, former Member of the Finnish Parliament and former Member of the European Parliament (MEP). He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Finland, which is part of the Party of European Socialists, and sat on the European Parliament's Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection. He was also a substitute for the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs, vice-chair of the delegation for relations with Canada, and a substitute for the delegation for relations with the countries of South Asia and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. He hosted the Finnish version of the television quiz ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?'' (''Haluatko miljonääriksi?'') for years before becoming an MEP. ''Haluatko miljonääriksi?'' (English translation: ''Do you want to become a millionaire?'') is a Finnish game show based on the British format of ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''. The aim of the game is to win €1,000,000 (from 2001 to 2005 - €200,000 and from 1999 to 2001 1,000,000 mk) by answering fifteen multiple-choice questions correctly. City Of London
The City of London is a city, ceremonial county and local government district that contains the historic centre and constitutes, alongside Canary Wharf, the primary central business district (CBD) of London. It constituted most of London from its settlement by the Romans in the 1st century AD to the Middle Ages, but the modern area named London has since grown far beyond the City of London boundary. The City is now only a small part of the metropolis of Greater London, though it remains a notable part of central London.
