Lasse Kolsrud
Lasse Kolsrud (born March 27, 1959) is a Norwegian actor and director. He has performed at the Trøndelag Theater, the Norwegian Theater, and on film. He has also directed the theater version of Frode Grytten's novel ''Bikubesong'' at the Norwegian Theater. For his dramatization and direction of this play, he received the Hedda Award in the Most Promising Newcomer category in 2004. Kolsrud received the Norwegian Theater Critics Award in 2004. The Saint Olav Drama
''Saint Olav Drama'' ( no, Spelet om Heilag Olav) is an outdoor theatre performance played every end of July in Stiklestad in Verdal, Norway. The play commemorates the Battle of Stiklestad that took place in the year 1030, and which resulted in death of King Olaf II of Norway. In the aftermath of his death, King Olaf would later be canonized as Saint Olaf (''Heilag Olav''), patron saint of Norway. The play explores the transition process between traditional pagan customs and the introduction of Christianity into Norway. The play draws on historic events mentioned in ''Heimskringla'' written by Snorri Sturlson. The play features other historical Norwegian figures, including Rögnvald Brusason and Thorir Hund. ''Saint Olav Drama'' was written by Olav Gullvåg, with music composed by Paul Okkenhaug (1908-1975). It has been staged every year since 1954. Karpe (known as Karpe Diem in the period 2000–2018) is a rap group from Oslo, Norway made up of audiovisual artists Magdi Omar Ytreeide Abdelmaguid (b. 1984) and Chirag Rashmikant Patel (b. 1984). Biography Magdi Omar Ytreeide Abdelmaguid of mixed Egyptian/Norwegian origin was born on 3 June 1984 in Oslo to an Egyptian father and a Norwegian mother from Stryn, Sogn og Fjordane. Chirag Rashmikant Patel of Indian origin was born on 20 July 1984 in Lørenskog. His Indian father immigrated from Uganda and Chirag grew up in Oslo. His mother originates from Gujarat, India. Magdi and Chirag first met in 1998 in the Oslo Handelsgymnasium, where they were both studying and making music individually. The duo was formed in 2000. The duo has released five albums, four EPs and won a number of awards, including seven Spellemannprisen awards. Moss, Norway
is a coastal town and a municipality in Viken county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Moss. The city of Moss was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt) and City in 1720. The rural municipality of Jeløy was merged with the city on 1 July 1943. The former municipality of Rygge was merged into it on January 1, 2020. Its administrative district covers areas east of the town, such as the island of Dillingøy in the lake Vansjø. ''Krypskyttere'' (Poachers) is a Norwegian drama film from 1982 directed by Hans Otto Nicolayssen. the film deals with a conflict between the military and the civilian population over the rights to a military firing range. The Cold War is the backdrop for the story. The main roles are played by Jon Eivind Gullord, Hans Rotmo, Per Gørvell and Nils Gaup. The film is in black and white. Plot Martin, who is doing his military service, is sent out for shooting practice with his squad in his own hometown. Disputes between the locals and the military over the use of a firing range create loyalty conflicts for Martin.
