Rejaul Karim Laskar
Rejaul Karim Laskar is an Indian politician from the state of Assam belonging to the Indian National Congress. He is a Congress ideologue and has written extensively on the policies of the United Progressive Alliance governments. He is also a prominent author and scholar of India's foreign policy and diplomacy. He served in the capacity of Observer (Minority Department) to the All India Congress Committee in Meghalaya, Nagaland and Mizoram. He is also former Spokesperson of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee and former Secretary of AICC Vichar Vibhag (the Intellectual Department of the All India Congress Committee).
