Las Vegas Village
The Las Vegas Village was an open-air venue located on the Las Vegas Strip on Las Vegas Boulevard in Paradise, Nevada. Opened in 2013 as MGM Resorts Village, the venue was and owned by MGM Resorts International. The village was the site of the 2017 Las Vegas shooting, which resulted in its closing. It was converted into parking space for Allegiant Stadium in 2019. Las Vegas Boulevard is a major road in Clark County, Nevada, United States, best known for the Las Vegas Strip portion of the road and its casinos. Sheldon M. Creed (born September 30, 1997) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 2 Chevrolet Camaro for Richard Childress Racing. He is a member of Drivers Edge Development, a driver development program for Chevrolet-affiliated racers. Born in Alpine, California, Creed grew up competing in short course off-road racing, winning championships in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) and Stadium Super Trucks (SST). The Fort Berthold Indian Reservation is a U.S. Indian reservation in western North Dakota that is home for the federally recognized Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation, also known as the Three Affiliated Tribes. The reservation includes lands on both sides of the Missouri River. Created in 1870, the reservation is a small part of the lands originally reserved to the tribes by the Fort Laramie Treaty of 1851, which allocated nearly 12 million acres (49,000 km²) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming. Mandalay Bay is a 43-story luxury resort and casino at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada.
