Lars Pleidrup (born 13 August 1981) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Danish club Nykøbing FC. Væggerløse is a town some south of Nykøbing Falster on the Danish island of Falster. It has large housing developments and until 2006 was the administrative centre for the now defunct Sydfalster Municipality. In January 2022 it had a population of 1,333. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
