Larry Crow (born December 1959) is an American politician from the state of Florida. Crow previously served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003. He currently lives in Palm Harbor, Florida with his family. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, and his J.D. from the University of Florida. Sandra Mortham
Sandra Mortham, also known as Sandra Barringer (born January 4, 1951), is an American political who served as the 22nd Florida Secretary of State from 1995 to 1999. Political career Mortham was a City Commissioner from Largo, Florida from 1982 to 1986 also serving as Vice Mayor in 1985–86. She was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and was elected Republican Leader Pro Tempore in 1990-1992 and Republican Leader for the 1993-1994 legislative sessions. Mortham was the first woman in Florida's history to be nominated to be Speaker of the House. She was the Secretary of State of Florida from 1995 to 1999. A special election for Florida's 13th congressional district was held March 11, 2014, to elect a member of the United States House of Representatives, following the death of incumbent Republican Congressman Bill Young on October 18, 2013. Primary elections were held on January 14, 2014. Young, who had already announced that he would not be running for re-election in 2014, was re-elected in 2012 with 57 percent of the vote. John P. Quiñones IV (born April 26, 1965 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico) is an American politician. He was the first Republican of Puerto Rican ancestry elected to the Florida House of Representatives, serving from 2002 to 2007, and is a former member of the Osceola County Commission.
