U.S. Route 13 (US 13) is a north–south U.S. highway established in 1926 that runs for from Interstate 95 just north of Fayetteville, North Carolina, to U.S. Route 1 in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, a northeastern suburb of Philadelphia. In the U.S. state of Virginia, US 13 runs north–south through the Hampton Roads and Eastern Shore regions of the state, using the Chesapeake Bay Bridge–Tunnel to get between the two. Lankford House
Lankford House, also known as Anderson House, is a historic home located at Marion, Somerset County, Maryland. It is a two-story, four-bay, single-pile frame house constructed between 1834 and 1840. It features well executed, Greek Revival trim and woodwork. A single story frame hyphen connects the main house to a frame kitchen built about 1798. Also on the property is the 19th century Lankford family burial plot and frame smokehouse. Lankford Smith
Lankford Daniel Smith (21 December 1914 – 28 November 1978) was a football (soccer) player who represented New Zealand at international level. He was also an accomplished cricketer, playing first-class cricket for Otago from 1935 to 1957. Life and career Born in Ngaio, Wellington, Smith moved to Dunedin with his parents, Daniel and Annie Smith sometime prior to October 1925, where his father worked as a hospital orderly. He married Mavis Lucy Madigan in October 1937. Smith played association football for Northern AFC, and played two official A-international matches for the New Zealand national football team in 1948, both against the visiting Australian team, the first a 0–7 loss on 28 August, followed by a 0–4 loss on 4 September.
