The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (Abbreviation: LTFRB; Filipino: ''Lupon sa Pagpaprangkisa at Regulasyon ng Transportasyong-Lupa'') is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines under the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
