Lamar Russ (born January 15, 1987) is an American professional boxer. Amateur career Lamar is a six time North Carolina State champion and was ranked fifth in the nation during his amateur career. Professional career On December 17, 2010 Russ upset former Haitian Olympian Elie Augustama. This bout was held at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago. Russ suffered his first professional defeat in a bout against Matthew Macklin on December 7, 2013 Russ suffered his fourth loss in a bout against Aidan Werner on January 2, due to a doctor stoppage. Aviator Sports Complex
Aviator Sports and Events Center is a sports and events center in Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, New York City. Operating as a concessionaire of National Park Service, Aviator has refurbished four historic aircraft hangars and surrounding grounds in partnership with the NPS. The area includes 175,000 square feet of indoor sports and event space along with adjoining outdoor turf fields and free parking for 2,000 cars. Aviator provides a variety of sports and leagues play including basketball, football, gymnastics, ice hockey, ice skating, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball. Activities such as parties, field trips, camps, and birthday celebrations are held at the facility. The NPS and Aviator formed a partnership in 2003, and the facility opened in 2006. The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is a convention center in Atlanta, Georgia. Enclosing some 3.9 million ft2 (360,000 m2) in exhibition space and hosting more than a million visitors each year, the GWCC is the world's largest LEED certified convention center and the third-largest convention center in the United States. Texas Station was a casino hotel in North Las Vegas, Nevada. It was owned and operated by Station Casinos. Texas native Frank Fertitta Jr., the hotel-casino's original owner, chose the Texas theme to appeal to customers from his home state.
