Lamar Myles (born January 7, 1986) is a former American football linebacker. He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Louisville. Early life Myles graduated from Lake Region High School in Eagle Lake, Florida. Professional career Jacksonville Jaguars Myles was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He was waived by the team on August 30 during final cuts. He was re-signed to the team's practice squad on September 17, only to be released a week later on September 24. He was re-signed to the practice squad again on October 6. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. The injured reserve list ( IR list) is a designation used in North American professional sports leagues for athletes who suffer injuries and become unable to play. The exact name of the list varies by league; it is known as "injured reserve" in the National Football League (NFL) and National Hockey League (NHL), the "injured list" in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the injured list (historically known as the "disabled list") in Major League Baseball (MLB). Lake Region High School is a public high school located in Eagle Lake, Florida. It is operated by Polk County Public Schools, the countywide public school district. Lake Region High School (LRHS) opened August 14, 1995. Current enrollment is nearly 2000, with the senior class enrollment just over 300. LRHS serves the communities of Eagle Lake, South Winter Haven, North Bartow.
