Lala (Naples Metro)
Lala is an underground metro station that serve Line 6 on the Naples Metro. It was opened on 4 February 2007 as part of the inaugural section of Line 6 between Mergellina and Mostra. Is located in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood of Naples, and was designed by Uberto Siola. The station was opened along the line, on 11 January 2007 and consists of 2 binary passers-by. The Naples Metro ( it, Metropolitana di Napoli; nap, Metrupulitana 'e Napule) is the rapid transit system serving the city of Naples, Italy. The system comprises three underground rapid transit lines ( Line 1, Line 6 and the Naples-Aversa Metro). History In 1911, construction on the urban section of the Rome–Formia–Naples railway, the Villa Literno–Napoli Gianturco railway was commenced, and although it was suspended for the duration of World War I, the line was eventually opened on 28 September 1925 as an urban railway service line, the first in Italy. Fuorigrotta
Fuorigrotta ( nap, Forerotta; ) is a western suburb of Naples, southern Italy. Covering an area of 6,2 km2, it is the most populated suburb of the city (population: 76.521). Geography It lies beyond the Posillipo hill and has been joined to the main body of Naples by two traffic tunnels through that hill since the early 20th century. It is the site of the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, home to the Serie A team S.S.C. Napoli. It is also the site of the new Monte Sant'Angelo campus of the University of Naples. Mostra is an underground metro station that serve Line 6 on the Naples Metro. It was opened on 4 February 2007 as part of the inaugural section of Line 6 between Mergellina and Mostra. The station, even though it is terminal, presents binary loops that end in the temporary storage of trains of Line 6, waiting for work to finish in the new one, which is why the two tracks are through. Since then show trains exclusively in the direction Mergellina. Mergellina is an underground metro station that serve Line 6 on the Naples Metro. It was opened on 4 February 2007 as part of the inaugural section of Line 6 between Mergellina and Mostra. Overview Mergellina, designed by Lampugnani and entry into service February 4, 2007, is the current terminus of the Line 6 while waiting for the line to be extended to Municipio: there are two binary logs. As with the entire line, passenger traffic is still at most, given the small size of the line. In 2008 the station work continues to connect to the train station and Metro Napoli Mergellina, one of the main stations of Naples, in which you can take the metro Line 2.
