Lakeline Mall
Lakeline Mall is a super-regional shopping mall located in north Austin, Texas, at the intersection of RR 620 and US 183. Although the mall has a Cedar Park postal code, it is physically within the City of Austin. It has of gross leasable area. Construction was initially slated to begin in the 1980s but was stalled due to the savings and loan crisis and later stalled due to the discovery of two endangered species on the proposed site. Lakeline Mall opened on October 11, 1995. The anchor stores are Macy's, JCPenney, AMC Theatres, and two Dillard's stores. A sixth anchor, Sears, closed in 2018. Ranch to Market Road 620 (RM 620) is a ranch to market road in the U.S. state of Texas maintained by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The road begins at SH 71 in Bee Cave in Travis County west of Austin passing along southeastern Lake Travis, western Austin, and several suburban communities west and north of Austin before ending at Bus. I-35-L in Round Rock in Williamson County. The road has major intersections with I-35, US 183, and SH 45. Kretschmarr Cave Mold Beetle
The Kretschmarr Cave mold beetle (''Texamaurops reddelli'') is a small mold beetle. Biology It is less than inch long and their body color can range from a dark purple to a light reddish-brown color and is sparsely and weakly dotted with small pits. They have short wings and long legs. The beetle lives under rocks and logs, in sinkholes, rotting wood, termite nest, and caves, although it is now only known to still exist in three caves in the Edwards Plateau, Travis County, Texas. Not all caves in the region have been surveyed, so this may be an underestimate. It lives in total darkness so there is no use for eyes and uses elaborate appendages and beefed up nerve centers to interpret slight air-pressure or temperature changes, sounds, and smells. Foley's was a chain of department stores owned by May Department Stores and headquartered in Downtown Houston, Texas.
