Lake High School is a public high school in Lake Township, Stark County, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Lake Local Schools district. Lake's sports teams are nicknamed the Blue Streaks, after the township’s history of oddly-colored lightning storms, and are a part of the Federal League along with Canton McKinley, GlenOak, Green, Hoover, Jackson, and Perry. Uniontown, Ohio
Uniontown is a census-designated place (CDP) in Stark County, Ohio, United States with 3,309 inhabitants at the 2010 census. The Industrial Excess Landfill, now a superfund site, is located south of Uniontown. Uniontown is part of the Canton-Massillon, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Uniontown was platted in 1816. Two stagecoach lines which met near the original town site caused the name "Union" to be selected. By the 1830s, Uniontown had a church, schoolhouse, tannery, tavern, and two stores. A post office called Uniontown has been in operation since 1920. North Canton Hoover High School
Hoover High School, often referred to as North Canton Hoover, is a public high school in North Canton, Ohio, United States. Name The school's original name was North Canton High School which students referred to as "No. Ca. Hi." In 1957, a new high school building was named in dedication to local resident William Henry "Boss" Hoover, founder of The Hoover Company. Academics Hoover High School had an "A" achievement rating for the 2013–2014 school year on their Ohio Report Card and also an "A" for graduation rate. Chandler Vaudrin
Chandler Reed Vaudrin (born June 26, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Motor City Cruise of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Walsh Cavaliers and the Winthrop Eagles. High school career Vaudrin attended Lake High School in Uniontown, Ohio. He stood 5'10" as a freshman and grew to 6'6" by his senior year. Vaudrin was an All-Ohio Division I selection in his final two seasons. It was the network's second reality show, with two editions of '' Beg, Borrow & Deal'' having previously aired. David Holmes is an American sportscaster and was also the winner of Dream Job (Season 2), the second season of ''Dream Job'', the ESPN reality television talent search show that looks for new on-air talent for the all-sports television network. A 22-year-old student at Kent State University who comes from Uniontown, Ohio, Holmes got onto the show by being one of the two Wendy's Wild Card Winners (the other being K.C. James). Jameson Konz (born July 2, 1986) is a former American football tight end, linebacker, and defensive end who played at various times for three National Football League (NFL) teams, the Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, and Denver Broncos.
