The Ladies European Thailand Championship is a professional golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour and Thai LPGA Tour, first played in 2017. Atthaya Thitikul became the youngest ever winner on the Ladies European Tour by claiming victory in the 2017 championship on 9 July 2017, aged 14 years, 4 months and 19 days, beating the previous record held by Lydia Ko who won the 2013 New Zealand Women's Open The New Zealand Women's Open was a women's professional golf tournament on the ALPG Tour. It was founded in 2009 and became a co-sanctioned event on the Ladies European Tour the following year. Kanyalak Preedasuttijit ( th, กันยลักษณ์ ปรีดาสุทธิจิตต์; born 23 February 1998) is a Thai professional golfer who won the Ladies European Thailand Championship on 24 June 2018. The victory enabled the 20-year-old to take advantage of the two-year exemption membership on the Ladies European Tour. Early life Kanyalak was born on the 23 February 1998 in Chonburi to Anan Preedasuttijit and Nitikan Krissadapon. She has a brother Natkawin who is three years her junior. She started playing golf at a young age and she is known by her nickname "Bew". Esther Henseleit
Esther Henseleit (born 14 January 1999) is a German professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour. Amateur career Henseleit attended Freie Waldorfschule Oldenburg and played for Golfclub am Meer before switching to Hamburg Golf Club in 2013. She joined the German national team in 2014 and finished third at the 2016 International Amateur Championship. In 2017 she was selected for the Junior Solheim Cup and in 2018 she was runner-up at the European Ladies Amateur Championship, one stroke behind Celia Barquín. She won the 2018 German National Amateur and the German Team Amateur Championship as well as the European Ladies' Club Trophy with Hamburg GC. Ana Menéndez (born 1970 in Los Angeles) is an American writer and journalist. Early life Menéndez was born to Cuban exile parents who fled to Los Angeles, California in 1964. Menéndez's parents expected to return to Cuba at any time and prepared their children for this eventuality. As a result, Menéndez spoke only Spanish until she enrolled in kindergarten. The family later moved first to Tampa, Florida, and then Miami, Florida, where Menéndez went to high school. Menéndez received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University in 1992. Career Menéndez spent six years as a journalist in the 1990s. Lydia Ko (born 24 April 1997) is a New Zealand professional golfer and the No. 1-ranked woman professional golfer. She first achieved the top ranking on 2 February 2015 at of age, making her the youngest player of either gender to be ranked No. 1 in professional golf.
